Terms of Sale

Thank you so much for considering us to purchase your dairy animals from! We care very much about our animals and want them to have the best lives, we love updates on animals bought from us! We like to make sure our animals have the best chance at a healthy start so kids bought from us will already have their first round of CDT vaccine and will be on coccidia preventative. All of our kids are also bottle raised so they are extra cuddly! Please keep in mind that it is easiest on kids if they leave in pairs, although you do not need to purchase multiple kids at a time it is highly recommended to at least get two.

A deposit of $150 will have to be placed to hold a kid before it is born, If your deposit is not able to be fulfilled it can be moved to the next available kid, moved to the next year or refunded. Full price of the kid must be paid by 4 weeks and kids must be picked up by 4 weeks to avoid a charge of $50 per extra week the kid is here. If full price is not paid by 4 weeks you deposit will be forfeited and the kid will be available to the next person on our waitlist. This means kids will still be using a bottle, if this is not something you are comfortable doing please let me know ahead of placing a deposit and we can make different arrangements for you. If the price is not paid in full by 4 weeks the kid will be available to the next person on our wait list as well as if the $50 per extra week is not paid each extra week we have the kid. These are non refundable fees unless we are at fault for you not being able to receive your animal. If you cancel your order it will not be refunded so please be sure you are ready for this purchase before putting a deposit down.

We have the right to keep any kid we would like. If you happen to put a deposit down on a kid we decide to keep you will be refunded or we can move your deposit to another kid from that year or a future year. 

We would love to have you come out to the farm to pick up your kid! This gives you a chance to meet the wonderful animals your new addition comes from! If coming out to the farm is not an option that is okay! In some cases we can help with transport for a fee (currently we are not driving further than the Maine state line) please email, call or text for more information on transport. If you choose to use a third party transporter please do your research, we want them to get to you safe and sound just as much as you do but we are not responsible for animals after they leave the farm.
